Clay Ritchey is the Chief Executive Officer of Evariant. Clay brings more than 20 years of experience driving growth and innovation in market leading healthcare technology organizations to Evariant. As CEO, Clay is passionate about working with healthcare providers, technology partners, and our employees to transform the way that consumers, patients, and providers engage across the care continuum to build deeper relationships resulting in sustainable growth for our customers.
Clay brings a deep understanding of how to leverage digital marketing and technology tools to accelerate customer acquisition and growth and is excited to partner with healthcare providers in their digital marketing journey. Prior to joining Evariant, Clay served as GM and Chief Marketing Officer of Imprivata, the Healthcare IT security leader, where he helped build one of the most trusted brands in healthcare technology security.
Prior to Imprivata, Clay was the Chief Executive Officer of Equinox Healthcare, a post-acute healthcare services company. At Equinox Healthcare, Clay created a scalable, high performing care delivery platform while driving growth and improved patient outcomes. Prior to Equinox Healthcare, Clay held senior marketing and strategy executive roles at leading healthcare and technology firms such as Hill-Rom IT Solutions and Kronos Incorporated, where he led the launch of new solutions resulting in more than $300 million of incremental revenue growth.
Clay received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BSEE, with Highest Distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University.
Rob is charged with advancing the company's market strategy, marketing, developing new key business relationships and growing the customer base. He is a veteran of the healthcare and technology industries, with more than 20 years of executive experience in leading innovation, business strategy, new business development, sales, marketing, finance and operations. He has led large-scale technology projects for healthcare systems, educational institutions and Fortune-100 companies. A particular emphasis has been in helping corporations and healthcare organizations transform the way they go-to-market through the utilization of new technology.
Over the course of his career, Rob has co-founded or joined five embryonic companies leading each through significant growth. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing from Appalachian State University.
Tom Schultz is the Chief Growth Officer of Evariant. As a dynamic industry veteran, Tom brings 29 years of experience in technology solutions for the healthcare industry. Tom is eager to continue efforts in driving revenue growth and market share for Evariant. His background in leading global sales teams will be valuable in overseeing Evariant’s growth strategy.
Prior to joining the Evariant team, Tom served as Senior Vice President of Sales at HealthStream, where he was responsible for sales of Talent Management, Workforce Development, and Patient Experience sales teams and sales operations. Under Tom’s guidance HealthStream achieved record revenue growth. Tom also spent 16 years with Lawson Software, which was acquired by Infor in 2011, where he became the senior sales executive for the healthcare vertical. Under his leadership, the company had tremendous revenue growth and record-setting gains in their healthcare customer base.
Tom graduated from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota where he received his B.S in Marketing
Phil is responsible for leading all operational aspects related to converting and supporting clients. Phil has been leading technology implementation organizations, support teams, and consulting engagements for his entire 15 year professional career. Phil most recently served as DVP of Business Transformation for ADP, where he successfully introduced and executed a company-wide methodology, based on both LEAN and Six Sigma principles, to improve client quality, to reduce cycle time, and to improve ADP’s operational efficiency. Phil has an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and has project management experience implementing Peoplesoft and Oracle ERP systems.
Avi Mukherjee is the Executive Vice President at Evariant and leads the Product Management organization. He has accountability for developing and managing the product strategy for the Evariant Patients for Life Platform™.
Avi’s primary focus is building product teams to work on transformational white space opportunities spanning healthcare business and technology. For the past decade, Avi has excelled in numerous leadership positions in the areas of product management, data analytics, clinical interoperability, mobile health and patient engagement.
Prior to joining Evariant, Avi was the Chief Technology Officer at MAP Health Management, a Substance Use and Behavioral Health Management organization building clinical solutions and pathways to engage patients and improve outcomes. Avi has also played Executive leadership roles at Geneia, Capital Bluecross and Optum developing technology products to enhance healthcare delivery. Avi also co-founded a patient engagement company in India called Healthenablr that has created healthcare market place for acquiring and retaining remote patients for health systems.
Maggie Libatique joined Evariant in 2013 as Accounting Manager and was subsequently promoted to Director, Accounting & Finance and then Director, Financial Planning & Analysis. She now serves as Evariant’s Vice President of Finance. Maggie started her career in public accounting over ten years ago, and continued her career in several roles in general accounting and financial reporting and consolidations.
Maggie currently oversees all accounting and finance operations including accounting close, financial reporting, accounting policy and internal controls, treasury, taxes, budgeting, and forecasting. She has also supported the business through multiple rounds of financing.
Maggie is a CPA, received her MBA in Corporate Innovation from Post University and both BS and MS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
Mary Donahue joined Evariant in 2014 as a Senior Human Resources Representative. She was then promoted to Manager, Human Resources in 2015, and now serves as Senior Director. Mary has over ten years of Human Resources experience in both the Healthcare and Technology industries at Healthnet and Dell.
Mary manages all aspects of the Human Resources function within Evariant and plays an important role in organizational success. Her implementation of learning and development programs has been vital to the advancement of company culture and employee experience. Her commitment to employee retention and recruitment has supported Evariant through many stages of Evariant’s growth. She creates a positive environment that allows employees to thrive.
Mary received her A.A. from Hartford College for Women, and her B.A. in English at Hartwick College.
Gary Druckenmiller, Jr. is Vice President of Customer Success at Evariant. With almost 25 years of digital "makeover" efforts behind him, he functions as our lead business strategist, digital marketing thought leader and C-level executive sponsor for all Evariant enterprise clients, primarily focused on advising health system leadership of opportunistic methods to find, guide, and keep patients for life and optimizing growth through smarter patient acquisition and retention. Gary has been with Evariant for 10 years, currently leads our client executive team, and can be heard often on the healthcare speaking circuit.
Prior to Evariant, Gary served in various digital marketing executive roles at Harte-Hanks, Timex, and Swiss Army Brands, responsible for transformational strategy and technology including major brand rehabs, digital & social media, CRM, call centers, and analytics.
Gary has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Bentley University.
Rebecca is a strategic marketing executive responsible for leading the Evariant digital marketing agency, Campaign Center. In Rebecca’s 20-year professional career, Rebecca has gained strong competencies business strategy, brand positioning, digital marketing, web technology, and overall agency management. Rebecca is passionate about leveraging data science and analytics to develop innovative marketing programs that deliver the highest levels of ROI.
Prior to Evariant, Rebecca held senior leadership positions in top national interactive and digital marketing agencies, focusing on strategic business growth, new business development, and agency operations. She is energized by motivating teams to reach their fullest potential to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and innovation.
Rebecca received her B.S in Mass Communications from Emerson College and is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
