Clay Ritchey is the Chief Executive Officer of Evariant. Clay brings more than 20 years of experience driving growth and innovation in market leading healthcare technology organizations to Evariant. As CEO, Clay is passionate about working with healthcare providers, technology partners, and our employees to transform the way that consumers, patients, and providers engage across the care continuum to build deeper relationships resulting in sustainable growth for our customers.
Clay brings a deep understanding of how to leverage digital marketing and technology tools to accelerate customer acquisition and growth and is excited to partner with healthcare providers in their digital marketing journey. Prior to joining Evariant, Clay served as GM and Chief Marketing Officer of Imprivata, the Healthcare IT security leader, where he helped build one of the most trusted brands in healthcare technology security.
Prior to Imprivata, Clay was the Chief Executive Officer of Equinox Healthcare, a post-acute healthcare services company. At Equinox Healthcare, Clay created a scalable, high performing care delivery platform while driving growth and improved patient outcomes. Prior to Equinox Healthcare, Clay held senior marketing and strategy executive roles at leading healthcare and technology firms such as Hill-Rom IT Solutions and Kronos Incorporated, where he led the launch of new solutions resulting in more than $300 million of incremental revenue growth.
Clay received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BSEE, with Highest Distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University.
Bill Moschella is the co-founder of Evariant, Inc., a company that provides a SaaS healthcare CRM and big data analytics platform to healthcare providers. He has used his leadership and entrepreneurial skills to build Evariant into a dominant healthcare market leader by helping these organizations execute successful patient and physician engagement strategies.
Bill is a proven visionary with broad experience in software as a service (SaaS), big data, marketing automation, and CRM. He was responsible for raising capital and establishing the strategic product vision for Evariant, a company he has led since 2008. To bolster the company’s market position, Bill has established strategic partnerships with Accenture, Dell, Cloudera, Informatica, Salesforce, and other leading technology companies.
Bill is a sought-after speaker at national healthcare conferences and has written multiple articles for industry publications. He has spoken on the topics of big data, analytics and technology development at HIMSS, Dreamforce, The Digital Healthcare Innovation Summit, and other leading healthcare conferences.
Bill was recognized by the Hartford Business Journal’s “40 Under 40 Award” which honors young professionals in the Greater Hartford area who are excelling in their industries through their leadership roles.
Bill attended the Berklee College of Music and graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts in music and a minor in philosophy.
Rob is charged with advancing the company's market strategy, marketing, developing new key business relationships and growing the customer base. He is a veteran of the healthcare and technology industries, with more than 20 years of executive experience in leading innovation, business strategy, new business development, sales, marketing, finance and operations. He has led large-scale technology projects for healthcare systems, educational institutions and Fortune-100 companies. A particular emphasis has been in helping corporations and healthcare organizations transform the way they go-to-market through the utilization of new technology.
Over the course of his career, Rob has co-founded or joined five embryonic companies leading each through significant growth. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing from Appalachian State University.
Keenan is a technology industry veteran, holding CFO and other senior financial positions at various companies for over 30 years. Much of this time was spent leading technology companies through various stages of growth and development including three successful IPOs and several exits through sale transactions.
He was recently CFO and Treasurer of Carbonite (NASDAQ: CARB). Having joined Carbonite in 2007, Keenan helped guide the online backup service provider through a period of explosive growth while overseeing all financial and administrative functions. Under his leadership, the company achieved nearly 10X growth in revenue and completed their Initial Public Offering in difficult market conditions.
He began his career with Deloitte where he practiced in the firm’s Entrepreneurial Services Group and attained his CPA. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University and was honored as CFO of the Year by the Boston Business Journal in 2010.
Phil is responsible for leading all operational aspects related to converting and supporting clients. Phil has been leading technology implementation organizations, support teams, and consulting engagements for his entire 15 year professional career. Phil most recently served as DVP of Business Transformation for ADP, where he successfully introduced and executed a company-wide methodology, based on both LEAN and Six Sigma principles, to improve client quality, to reduce cycle time, and to improve ADP’s operational efficiency. Phil has an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and has project management experience implementing Peoplesoft and Oracle ERP systems.
Lars Ewe runs Engineering and SaaS Operations at Evariant. He joined Evariant from Click Security, where he oversaw all engineering and SaaS operations around Click Security's big data security platform. Prior to Click Security, Lars was the Chief Security Architect at National Instruments, and prior to that he was the CTO / VP of Engineering at Cenzic, Inc, an application security company. He's also held senior management roles at AMD, Borland, Oracle Corp, and WebGain. Lars has more than 20 years of enterprise software and platform infrastructure expertise. He earned his Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Munich, Germany.
Tom Schultz is the Chief Growth Officer of Evariant. As a dynamic industry veteran, Tom brings 29 years of experience in technology solutions for the healthcare industry. Tom is eager to continue efforts in driving revenue growth and market share for Evariant. His background in leading global sales teams will be valuable in overseeing Evariant’s growth strategy.
Prior to joining the Evariant team, Tom served as Senior Vice President of Sales at HealthStream, where he was responsible for sales of Talent Management, Workforce Development, and Patient Experience sales teams and sales operations. Under Tom’s guidance HealthStream achieved record revenue growth. Tom also spent 16 years with Lawson Software, which was acquired by Infor in 2011, where he became the senior sales executive for the healthcare vertical. Under his leadership, the company had tremendous revenue growth and record-setting gains in their healthcare customer base.
Tom graduated from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota where he received his B.S in Marketing
Mary Donahue joined Evariant in 2014 as a Senior Human Resources Representative. She was then promoted to Manager, Human Resources in 2015, and now serves as Director. Mary has over ten years of Human Resources experience in both the Healthcare and Technology industries at Healthnet and Dell.
Mary manages all aspects of the Human Resources function within Evariant and plays an important role in organizational success. Her implementation of learning and development programs has been vital to the advancement of company culture and employee experience. Her commitment to employee retention and recruitment has supported Evariant through many stages of Evariant’s growth. She creates a positive environment that allows employees to thrive.
Mary received her A.A. from Hartford College for Women, and her B.A. in English at Hartwick College.
